Why import my WhatsApp number and logo into UpMarket?
Adding your own WhatsApp number and customizing the profile to showcase your brand is an important step in levelling up the way you utilize UpMarket. We denote a significant increase in guest interactions with hosts who use their own number, leading to a higher number of upsells, brand loyalty, and guest satisfaction.
How to add your phone number in UpMarket
- In the UpMarket Management Area, click on “Import your WhatsApp number”
- Click on “Connect your WhatsApp Number”
- A new tab will open. Follow the instructions on the tab, always keeping in mind that you need a Facebook account and a phone number not already associated with a WhatsApp account.
- Now the WhatsApp number is linked to UpMarket’s Virtual Concierge! To complete the process, you need to add your payment information in Meta.
Adding your payment information
- Then, go to business.facebook.com and log in to Facebook Business Manager using the same account you used to set up WhatsApp Business.
- Press the “Settings” button.
- Scroll down to the “Billing & Payments” section
- Click on “WhatsApp Business Accounts” and select your account name from the list below.
- Click on “Add Payment Method” to add your payment information.
- In “Business Info” click on “Edit” to add your company details and complete the process.
